Mid-Summer 24 Built under a RIBA contract, set by the clients Architect, the Stag team converted a nine bedroom Victorian house into two high spec one bedroom flats and a remaining house of four bedrooms. New utilities, meters and supporting of the existing loft conversion, with the removal of chimney stack/internal walls set the footprint for the new flats. Built with modern techniques and materials the new properties are thermally, accoustically and fire rated to the latest standards of building regs. Also a 5% VAT bill was only chargable, based on a government scheme of creating sustainable living spaces, considerable savings and a polished finish.
